Hiblow Septic Pump Models

Hiblow takes pride in their in-house design, engineering, and manufacturing of all their pumps. Unlike other companies, they don’t re-brand pumps from other manufacturers or use contract manufacturers. Each Hiblow linear air pump undergoes rigorous testing and certification for quality before being shipped from their factories. Additionally, Hiblow offers a warranty that covers the diaphragms, which is not always the case with other competitive pumps. They understand that a warranty is only valuable if it includes the essential working parts.

Hiblow HP Series

DUO Series

The DUO Series offers two different models, the DUO 60 and DUO 80, both of which feature dual outlet ports with integrated cam-style valves and a programmable timer controller to alternate between two aeration processes. Additionally, both models are available with integral low-pressure alarms and equipped with thermal overload protection. The DUO 60 and DUO 80 come in standard UL approved 120 VAC models, with 230 VAC CE compliant models also available. Furthermore, both models include a pressure tap location for an external alarm sensor.

HP Alarm Units

The HP Alarm Units, including the HP-40A, HP-60A, HP-80A, HP-100A, HP-100LLA, HP-120LLA, HP-120A, HP-150A, and HP-200A, are all equipped with an integral low-pressure alarm and thermal overload protection. These pumps come in standard UL approved 120 VAC models, but custom voltage applications are available upon request, including 12 to 48 VDC system applications using external PWM controllers for modulating pump flow. The HP Alarm Units are reliable and versatile options for a variety of pumping needs.

In Closing

Hiblow is a trusted brand known for producing top-quality aerators that are built to last. With industry-leading safety features, you can have peace of mind knowing that your Hiblow aerator is reliable and safe. In addition, Hiblow provides excellent support for their products, making it easy to acquire extra parts and rebuild kits for maintenance. While a rebuild may be necessary after three or four years of operation, the product can be rebuilt two to three times. However, if red dust accumulates inside the compressor, it may be a sign that a rebuild may not be enough.
